Absolutely wonderful experience here. After subpar experiences at 2 other practices in the area, I came here for the first time with a same day appointment because of an urgent condition. I have been seeing Shivani Dhir since early February, and have had more appointments than typical since then. She got my original issue identified and treated in the first appointment, and scheduled a followup in a great timeframe. When I had something pop up just a week later, they were great getting me in quickly, and she was not bothered at all that I was back so soon. That one thing led to a chronic condition that has been giving me issues, as we are still figuring out my treatment since it is a new diagnosis, but looks like we are on a great path, and they have been helping with symptom treatment while we start the permanent solution. Her assistant (Emma? Emily?) is the sweetest and great as well. The office staff is amazing as well, and I have always gotten a same or next-day appointment when needed.
