Medical extractions are appropriate for most acne patients and patients with occasional acne lesions. Our Esthetician will cleanse the patient’s skin, and then extract the clogged pores, eliminating comedones (black & white heads) and decreasing the inflammatory acne lesion with High Frequency. For more congested areas, they may use a combination of steaming before the extractions for easier removal.
