I had been going to Marietta Dermatology ever since 1978. After Dr Doxey left, I could not get medication for the autoimmune disease plaque psoriasis. All they would do is give me a cream to put on it and that is not a solution. I also have psoriatic arthritis which goes with psoriasis. A lot of people think psoriasis it's just a skin condition but it's newly-formed undeveloped skin and it's not ready so it sends messages or signals to keep making more skin cells. I heard Kayal Dermatology had treated a friend of mine with the same medication I used years ago. (It went away for 12 years) so I made an appointment . On the first appointment I received an injection in the back of my scalp medication for it. Then Dr. Kayak started me on the cure!! And it is 100% gone. The staff is so much smaller and QUALITY!! He is going to be a hit but still new to Marietta. He offers beauty products and procedures!! Will never forget how good he was to me!!

I must admit, I was a bit skeptical about this doctor’s office. I read mixed reviews (on another source) from a couple of years ago. Recent reviews on Google have been very good though. All the former complaints about wait time have been fixed. I arrived 30 minutes early and was finished with everything 30 minutes later. The doctor saw me, spent adequate time answering my questions, recommended a course of treatment, and was completely professional. No complaints at all about staff. In fact, the receptionist that I checked-out with, went over all the recommended medications, etc. Spent way more time than I expected. Now, I haven’t had a procedure done yet, but my first impressions were very good. I knew exactly what my co-pay was going to be, I downloaded the forms and had them ready when I arrived, and I received numerous appointment reminders from ZocDoc, so their technology is up-to-speed. Dr. Kayal and his counterpart removed an over5 year cyst from underneath my chin area. I was a bit nervous but the staff and everyone were very nice and reassuring which calmed me down tremendously. The cyst was removed within 40 of my visit and with minimal stitches I was on my way. No pain or discomfort what so ever even after the procedure. I am pleased with the work performed and will definitely be back for other services. Thank you so much for helping to bring my confidence back. I am no being paid for this comment, I am just a truly happy customer. They even called me within 2 days after my procedure with the results from my biopsy. Amazing customer service.

My first time here after suffering from folliculitis for nearly a month with a vacation 6 days away and I was sooooo nervous because no matter what I did it was not showing any signs of improvement. I have been in as a patient several times over the past year and would never see any other doctor. His PA's are extremely helpful and knowledgable. Dr Kayal himself covers anything in the derm field you can think of! From General rashes and acne, to skin cancer surgery, all the way to laser treatments (which I needed as well) and an awesome aesthetician that helped me select the right products that my skin LOVES! The biopsies I had to have done were painless and I had the results very quickly. This office is like a one-stop shop for EVERYTHING I need instead of going to several different skin specialists. Thank you Dr Kayal! Also, to the person that had stated the prescription was outrageous and the Dr was pocketing from this? Absolutely absurd. I had my pharmacy call and state the same issue. My prescription was over $300! I Called and asked the staff what could be done and they called in a generic alternative that my insurance would cover. Quick and easy! Also, one of my medications didn't have a generic that was less than $100 so the office actually HAD a product I could buy in office that was cheaper and had the same ingredients. ANYONE who thinks doctors make money on prescriptions is wrong and Kayal staff were MORE than helpful getting me around my ridiculous insurance coverage!

Wonderful experience!! I've been going to Dr. Kayal for over two years now and my experience as well as my family has be exceptional. The new office's environment is calm and inviting. I usually go to see Nicole for my facials, she is very knowledgeable of the skin care products and makes sure you are comfortable every time! The young man (I believe his name is Derrick or Daryll) who schedules my appointments is so nice and pleasant as well as the front desk girl Lauren. I had questions of the billing process and the billing dept. took time to speak with me and explained everything to me about my plan more than my OWN INSURANCE COMPANY! I highly recommend this practice.

I am a new patient at Dr. Kayal's office. My first visit was great. The office is modern and gorgeous. Makes you more comfortable if your nervous at doctors offices like myself. The staff was very pleasant. The PA took care of my concerns since they were relatively minor. She explained things and was thorough during my check and subsequent procedure. The doctor also made it a point to come in and meet me which was very much appreciated. They let me know estimates for some other cosmetic procedures I will be considering. Happy new patient.

These guys are Awsome! I walked in the lady at the front welcomed me she was great then before I could even finish the paperwork they were ready to take me in! The doctor was so thorough and knowledged about the issue and then even gave samples. At checkout I felt Like she was a friend very nice lady! Dr. Kayal is fantastic and really good at what he does! He did a small procedure on my foot and then I came back to him for a bigger surgery (I was wide awake during both!). His nice staff helped me relax during my surgery, Dr. Kayal answered all my questions before, during and after and was very attentive and concerned about my comfort and pain level. He did a good job on my stitches afterwards and they've been healing nicely. Really couldn't have asked for any better.
